I just checked the time and weather in Rome...our time & temp is 4:10pm and 61 degrees...in Rome it is 11:10pm and 55 degrees...seven hour difference and warmer than I thought it might be in the late evening...

We did independent budgets for our trip today and came up with almost the exact amount within a few pennies...are we on the same wave length or what?????

Going to the bank after work tomorrow to get Euros...hope they don't go up anymore before then...

Off today to take care of business for trip. Thank you to Shirley and Ron for your friendship and computer savy skills. I will be taking my lap top, camera, and flash drive. And I will tell you now, Shirley is blessed to have the computer skills to document our trip...not me. I just learned how to use the flash drive , with the help of Shirley!

For all of our family /friends and new friends we will be making... may our trip be blessed and also a blessing for those who will follow our steps along the journey. As I have learned.... We are preparing for our trip to Rome! Checking currency exchange rates, debit/credit card use, etc...getting very excited...found out today that our flights are packed to the gills...
